Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We primarily ship via PostNL, which partners with trusted local carriers in each destination country. Upon request, we can ship with DHL or UPS (additional charges may apply).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Netherlands): PostNL – 1–3 business days.

  • EU Countries: PostNL International – 3–15 business days.

  • International (outside the EU): PostNL International – 7–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied by your local customs office. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If your order is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the claim has been approved.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Starting an Online Return

Please contact us at info@mcqfashion.com and share your request, specifying which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.

What items are returnable?

  • You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Defective items are eligible for return.

  • Once approved, you have 7 business days to ship the item(s) back using a trackable service. Signature confirmation is recommended.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Sunglasses

  • Shoe care products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page under the “Return & Refund” tab

Merchandise bought during promotions can only be returned for exchange or store credit.


Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • If the product is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If lost or stolen, provide evidence and contact us immediately. Refunds will be issued only after the insurance claim is approved.


Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Once the return is approved, the replacement will be shipped.


Refunds
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice.
Refunds to the original payment method may take 3–5 business days to appear.
Store credit refunds are processed immediately.
