Starting online returns is easy

• Please contact us by email and share your wishes about what item(s) should be returned or switched.

• Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)

• 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Items should preferably be unused and in resellable condition, unless they are defective.

• In the original packaging with all tags intact.

• After your request has been accepted, you have 7 business days to ship the item with a traceable service and provide us with the tracking number. We suggest using a service with signature confirmation.

💡 Note (EU customers): You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Items may be handled to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If returned items show excessive use, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund for diminished value.

🛍 Promotional items: Merchandise bought during promotions can only be returned for exchange or store credit, unless covered by your legal right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage, loss, or theft issues

• If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

• If the purchased product is lost or stolen during shipping, please collect evidence and contact us immediately. In case of loss during transport, reimbursement will be issued after the claim settlement and upon payment from the shipping insurance to us.

🛡 Note: We are responsible for goods until they are delivered to you. Loss or damage during shipping is our responsibility.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

How soon will I get my refund?

After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us. It will take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Refunds to store credit are immediate.

EU Right of Withdrawal (for EU customers)

You have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear written statement (for example, by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
